Guang Cheng

From data to better healthcare decisions.

About Me

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Institute of Operations Research and Analytics at the National University of Singapore, advised by Joel Goh and Sidika Tunc Candogan.

My research focuses on practitioner-inspired and data-grounded problems in healthcare operations. Methodologically, I apply analytical modeling, empirical analysis, and field experimentation to develop evidence-based tools for decision-making in healthcare delivery. By bridging analytics with real-world implementation, my work generates insights that inform hospital and digital healthcare platform operations.

My overall goal as a researcher is to improve healthcare delivery and, ultimately, the quality of patient care.
